High Definition Printing
Every job at Flexpress is printed individually with care and attention and without ganging or batching using the finest technology available. You wont receive any products printed on beefed-up photocopiers from us - another reason we back everything with our total satisfaction guarantee. Our leaflets are printed either lithographically using LED UV inks or using HP Indigo offset which is arguably the finest digital technology available.
Precision Finishing
Our leaflets are trimmed using highly accurate programmatic guillotines. This ensures that even those with even borders are cut as accurately as possible. They're then packed in extra-strong, double-walled, unbranded cartons that will stand up to the rigours of national carriage. And because we pack to a maximum of 15kg per parcel - you won't have to be superman to lift them!
Luxury Finishes
The widest range of luxury finishes available online. You can choose from several laminating options (please note: this makes the product VATable) and for those flyers that really need to make a statement, even have foil and spot UV on the same flyer!

All orders are dispatched by reputable national carriers on a next working day service. This will usually arrive by 5pm although please be aware once goods have left our premises we have no influence on when they are delivered. If you would like to upgrade to a AM or Saturday delivery, you can do this during checkout for an additional cost.

Why are some of your leaflet prices more expensive?
Most of the bigger online printers gang similar jobs and quantities together to save on printing plates and press make-ready times, so instead of just running your leaflet, they're running several others on the same sheet at the same time. This only offers a sweet spot for a small range of quantities, usually more than 2000 and less than 10000 (depending on size). For quantities outside this range you'll find Flexpress equally competitive and because we only ever focus on one job at a time, our quality is never compromised for other jobs on the sheet.
Why am I or, am I not being charged VAT?
The VAT rules around leaflets are complex but basically if the leaflet or flyer's sole purpose is advertising and is designed to be thrown away after use, it's considered VAT zero rated. According to HMRC, adding a laminate makes the flyer designed to be kept so it becomes standard rated (we don't make the rules).
What's the difference between a leaflet and a flyer?
As a general rule, both are similar in so much as they are unbound, single sheets of paper designed to convey a message and then be discarded. However, the term 'Flyer' started with nightclubs as "Club Flyers" and tended to be on heavier materials. Today, the terminology has become more confused and some people call the whole range Leaflets and some call them Flyers which is why we cover off both options.
